English Course Round III & IV
From August 12, 2016 to Feb. 11, 2017, 95 youth benefited from the third and fourth rounds of Jeune Espoir's BELBE program sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Guinea. There were 17, 31, 14, 23, and 10 students in the L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5 courses of this round, respectively. The courses were taught at JE’s headquarters (Center of Hope) by certified English teachers, including the President of Jeune Espoir’s board, an American native English speaker and teacher. Classes were taught using New Bridges and other practical learning materials. 93% of the participants completed the program and each got over 70%, the minimum required grade. These images and videos reflect the achievement of this project as they display the classes, the project-based learning, and the awarding of certificates at JE’s leadership conference which climaxed the BELBE program.
