Jeune Espoir was founded in 2014 by a group of Guinean youth to change Guinea and beyond from within. It is an education NGO that strives for successful school-to-work transitions and responsible leadership.

Get to know our teamOur Board OF Directors
Jeune Espoir is governed by a board of directors (BOD), honest men and women passionate about the holistic development of Guinea. The BOD is responsible for the general policy of the NGO. It assigns the organization's day-to-day responsibilities to staff and holds them accountable for efficiently and transparently managing Jeune Espoir's resources. The BOD receives no remuneration other than reasonable expenses.
