Our staff is a group of self-starters and highly skilled young Guineans who strongly believe in development at the base despite adversities in the country.

Our Board of Directors
Jeune Espoir is governed by a board of honest men and women passionate about Guinea’s holistic development. The board is responsible for general policy, assigns day-to-day responsibilities to staff, and holds the organization accountable for efficient and transparent management of its resources.
The board receives no remuneration other than reasonable expenses.
